Installing a new block paved driveway in Lincoln

What was the project?
The customer came to us 20 years after the original installation by the housing developer.
Over time, the driveway had become prone to flooding. It had even sunk, due to insufficient groundworks. This had led to ruts in the drive and badly installed drainage that was no longer working correctly.
Our solution to this was to dig it all out and start from scratch!
What was the result?
We installed new galvanised Aco channels at the threshold of the drive and the base of garage. We also made sure they were connected up correctly to the original drainage works.
The customer chose Brett Alpha Block Paving in silver haze with a single feature border in Charcoal Omega blocks and Charcoal bullnose high kerbs. The Alpha is one of the most popular paving styles, and we aren’t surprised why! With a distressed aged look, it's in keeping with most surroundings. The Alpha is also available in Autumn Gold, Brindle, Burnt Oak, Charcoal and Rustic Bronze.
ALS Landscaping is a registered Brett premier approved installer. That means that this driveway, and all our driveways, are covered by a 5 year installation guarantee and 10 year product guarantee. Once we’ve completed a project, we register it on the Brett website. All the information is then sent to the homeowner.
We also ensure that every driveway and patio we install is completed to the correct British Standards. This gives our clients the all-important peace of mind that their work is fully guaranteed.
