Meet The Team

Addam is the company founder and started ALS in 2002. He has a passion for garden design and landscaping and takes great pride in the large number of homeowners in the Lincolnshire area that they company has been able to serve in the last 22 years.

Our Operations Manager Ricky has more then 20 years experience as a skilled stone mason and is also a fully qualified site manager. His role is to look after the day to day running of the company, he’s the one ordering the materials and scheduling jobs for the teams.

Tony is our company’s surveyor. It’s often Tony you will meet first when he comes to look at the work you need. He’s always on hand to give help and advice to all our clients. Prior to working for ALS he owned Able Fencing and Property Services.

Jen is our office queen. She looks after the office systems, tech, payroll, and accounts. She may be behind the scenes but she’s a vital member of our team.

Craig is the team leader of our dig-out team. He’s one of our longest-serving members of staff and is normally one of the first on site with his beloved bobcat digger. From time to time we prise him off it to do a bit of turfing or paving.

Micky is our multi-trade team leader. He’s also a whizz with a spanner and loves nothing better than getting his hands dirty while servicing our equipment.

Matt has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of landscaping. His attention to detail is second to none and he specialises in driveway and porcelain insulation.

Matt is one of our experienced landscapers. He came to us with basic landscaping skills but has learnt the trade and progressed extremely well, now running some projects.

Allan is a budding landscaper, he’s working hard as a Landscape Assistant to move up the ranks. He’s an absolute powerhouse and loves getting stuck into some hard graft.

Elvis is our company bricklayer. Although many of our team are competent bricklayers this is Elvis’s vocation. In his spare time you may find him DJing in some local clubs.

Harvey is the baby of the company and one of our landscape assistants. He has a passion for learning and loves getting stuck into everything we put his way.
