Addam founded ALS Landscaping in 2002 with a clear vision: to build a company known for exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a truly personal service homeowners can trust. Over two decades, that vision has shaped ALS into a respected, award-winning business. His passion for transforming outdoor spaces remains at the heart of everything ALS does. Addam takes great pride in the thousands of homeowners across Lincolnshire who have trusted ALS. Despite its growth, he remains hands-on—driving standards, supporting the team, and ensuring every project reflects the company’s quality. Looking ahead, Addam’s vision is focused on raising landscaping standards in Lincolnshire through innovation, skilled people, and dependable, design-led solutions. He also continues to refine processes and modernise the business to keep ALS at the forefront of the industry. When he’s not working, Addam is constantly exploring new ways to improve processes and modernise the business to ensure ALS stays at the forefront of the industry.

Matt is our expert in all things fencing, known for his efficiency and determination to get the job done quickly and to the highest standard. He even enjoys digging holes—something not everyone can say! Most proud of his daughter, Matt brings dedication both at work and at home. If he could have any superpower, he’d choose invisibility, but one thing he never misses is the team breakfast every month!

Deputy Manager

Our Deputy Manager Ricky has more then 20 years experience as a skilled stone mason and is also a fully qualified site manager. His role is to look after the day to day running of the company, he’s the one ordering the materials and scheduling jobs for the teams.

Jen is our organised and efficient office manager, the glue that holds everything together. From managing paperwork to overseeing systems, she ensures the office runs like a well-oiled machine. With years of experience in building and construction, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Outside of work, she’s a big fan of The Avengers and if she could have any superpower, she’d control the weather—perfect for making sure things go smoothly!

Customer Service Support

Tash works alongside Jo in the customer service department, bringing a wealth of experience in both customer care and landscaping services. Her expertise ensures that every customer receives top-notch service, making their experience smooth and enjoyable. Tash’s strong background in the industry means she’s always ready to provide helpful advice and support.

CAD Designer

David used to work in restaurant design and architectural services prior to seeing the light in 2012 and moving to 3D garden design visualisation. His superpower would be freezing time so that he could get more work done.

Micky is a highly versatile team leader with expertise in landscaping, mechanics, and construction. His hands-on approach and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable part of the team. Whether he’s tackling a complex project or fine-tuning equipment, Micky always gets the job done. Outside of work, he enjoys unwinding with some good country music.

Matt is a skilled team leader, specialising in laying porcelain and bringing our garden design projects to life with precision and care. His attention to detail ensures every project meets the highest standards. When he’s not on-site, Matt loves spending time with his family—though he’s not a fan of shopping! His favorite place to eat is Nando’s, but what he’s most proud of is his kids.

Tony is a dedicated team leader with a wealth of experience in landscaping, having successfully run his own business before bringing his expertise to ALS. Highly organised and always the first in and last out, he leads by example and is always eager to share his knowledge with his team. Known for his positive attitude and constant smile, Tony values his family time above all else and approaches every day with enthusiasm and drive.

Harvey is a skilled bricklayer, known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project. He’s deeply devoted to his family and is most proud of his two kids, who always come first. When it comes to downtime, you’ll find him enjoying his favorite film, School of Rock, and indulging in a hearty plate of pasta—his ultimate comfort food.

Ned is a hardworking individual who thrives on dedication and long hours. He enjoys staying active through regular workouts and has a big appetite for good food. Currently aspiring to become a skilled digger driver, Ned brings the same determination to learning new skills as he does to everything else. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes time for his family, valuing those moments most of all.

Logan is a disciplined and driven individual who plays semi-pro football for Harrowby United and brings the same level of focus to everything he does in ALS. He’s always reliable and committed. Outside of football, Logan has a passion for cars and enjoys spending time around anything with an engine.

Jason is a versatile and enthusiastic individual who’s always willing to lend a hand and learn new skills especially in joinery. He enjoys staying active, especially playing football, and loves making the most of sunny days and holidays. Above all, he values spending quality time with his family and living life to the fullest.

George

George

Landscape Assistant

George is the newest member of our team and also the son of our business owner, Addam Smith. At just 16 years old, George is already making his mark in the landscaping world. He’s currently honing his skills at Lincoln Construction College, where he’s studying construction multi-skills three days a week. On the other two days, you’ll find him out on-site, diving into all aspects of landscaping and bringing fresh enthusiasm to every project. George has known the landscaping game since he was knee-high to a garden gnome, and his passion is as strong as his work ethic. Outside of work, George loves spending time with his friends, hitting the gym, and cheering on his favourite football team, Manchester United.

Allan

Landscaper

Allan joined us with a background in grave digging but has since become a valued and multi-skilled member of the team. His adaptability and hard work make him an essential part of every project. When he’s not on-site, he enjoys a good meal at Zizzi’s and never gets tired of watching his favorite film, Ghostbusters!
