Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodwork and bespoke joinery, particularly for outdoor structures such as pergolas, decking, gates, fencing, garden rooms, and custom timber features.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, construct, and install bespoke timber structures on-site
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with landscapers, designers, and other trades
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish
- Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing timber products
- Experience with outdoor installations and timber treatments
- Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Up to £20.00 per hour
