Joiner

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodwork and bespoke joinery, particularly for outdoor structures such as pergolas, decking, gates, fencing, garden rooms, and custom timber features.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture, construct, and install bespoke timber structures on-site
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
  • Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with landscapers, designers, and other trades
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish
  • Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing timber products
  • Experience with outdoor installations and timber treatments
  • Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
  • Valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Pay

Up to £20.00 per hour
