Responsibilities
- Operate diggers and plant machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out groundwork and site preparation for landscaping projects
- Support the team with paving, landscaping, and general site tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site
- Deliver work to ALS Landscaping quality standards
- Work professionally with team members and clients
Requirements
- Have strong experience operating diggers and plant machinery
- Have landscaping or groundwork experience (preferred)
- Are reliable, hardworking, and take ownership of your work
- Work well as part of a team and are willing to get stuck in
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Care about quality, not just speed

Pay
£14–£18 per hour (depending on experience)
Location
Projects are typically within an hour of Lincoln, with the yard based in Skellingthorpe.
