Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Operate diggers and plant machinery safely and efficiently
  • Carry out groundwork and site preparation for landscaping projects
  • Support the team with paving, landscaping, and general site tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site
  • Deliver work to ALS Landscaping quality standards
  • Work professionally with team members and clients

Requirements

  • Have strong experience operating diggers and plant machinery
  • Have landscaping or groundwork experience (preferred)
  • Are reliable, hardworking, and take ownership of your work
  • Work well as part of a team and are willing to get stuck in
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Care about quality, not just speed

Pay

£14–£18 per hour (depending on experience)

Location

Projects are typically within an hour of Lincoln, with the yard based in Skellingthorpe.
