Luxury Garden Transformation Project
This client first visited our showroom during the summer of 2024 to explore ideas for redesigning their outdoor space. After their visit, we produced a full garden design in November 2024, giving them time to reflect on the layout and features.
Early in 2025, they returned to confirm they were ready to move forward. Once the final design was approved, we completed the site survey and scheduled the project for June 2025.
Premium Porcelain Paving & Hard Landscaping
The centrepiece of this luxury garden transformation is the stunning combination of porcelain materials:
- Eden Spring Blend porcelain paving was chosen to complement the property’s existing natural sandstone patio, which was retained in place.
- Brett Anthracite Black porcelain, which was used for contrasting detailing.
- Porcelain-clad raised planters were built to define planting areas and add height and structure to the garden design.
These elements created a clean, contemporary aesthetic while ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
Bespoke Features & Outdoor Living Enhancements
To elevate the outdoor experience, we integrated several luxury features into this garden transformation, such as:
- LED garden lighting track installed around the curved patio for atmospheric evening illumination.
- A modern water feature, adding movement and tranquillity to the space.
- A pergola with a louvred roof, offering adjustable shade and weather protection for year-round usability.
- A fully equipped outdoor bar, complete with running water, power, and internet, which is perfect for entertaining.
Planting Design & Composite Fencing
Our horticultural expert, Terry, produced a comprehensive planting plan to bring colour, texture and seasonal interest to the garden. We carried out extensive planting to soften the hard landscaping and create a lush, welcoming environment.
At the rear of the property, we installed modern composite fencing, providing a low-maintenance, long-lasting boundary solution. A fresh area of high-quality turf was laid to create a green, family-friendly lawn space that balances the paved areas with natural softness.
Project Duration & Outcome
This full garden transformation was completed over a 6-week build period, managed by our team leader, Micky, who is a highly skilled multi-trade specialist experienced in porcelain paving, carpentry, and all aspects of landscaping.
