Jo is the heart of our office, keeping everything running smoothly both in the office and on-site. From organising the team to making sure there’s enough milk for the morning brews and biscuits, she’s got it all covered! Jo is the first point of contact for our customers and always delivers exceptional customer service from start to finish. Outside of work, she’s a big fan of the classic film Jaws and 80s music. You can also find her hitting the gym first thing in the morning, starting her day with energy and enthusiasm!
Customer Service Support
Tash works alongside Jo in the customer service department, bringing a wealth of experience in both customer care and landscaping services. Her expertise ensures that every customer receives top-notch service, making their experience smooth and enjoyable. Tash’s strong background in the industry means she’s always ready to provide helpful advice and support.
Joint Operations and Sales Manager
Ryan brings a unique mix of military discipline and landscaping expertise to his role as Joint Operations and Sales Manager. Having previously run his own business, he’s well-versed in both leadership and customer service. Outside of work, Ryan’s two dogs are his world, and he’s always on the go—usually with a snack in hand! His drive and energy keep everything moving forward.
Team Leader
Craig is the newest addition to our leadership team, bringing a passion for groundworks—with drainage being a particular favorite. Always ready to get stuck in, he’s not a fan of the winter but powers through with his hardworking attitude. A big movie buff, his favorite film is Total Recall. If he could have any superpower, he’d choose to fly—perhaps to escape the memory of his biggest fashion regret… flares!
Fencing Team Leader
Matt F is our expert in all things fencing, known for his efficiency and determination to get the job done quickly and to the highest standard. He even enjoys digging holes—something not everyone can say! Most proud of his daughter, Matt brings dedication both at work and at home. If he could have any superpower, he’d choose invisibility, but one thing he never misses is the team breakfast every month!
Bricklayer
Harvey is a skilled bricklayer, known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project. He’s deeply devoted to his family and is most proud of his two kids, who always come first. When it comes to downtime, you’ll find him enjoying his favorite film, School of Rock, and indulging in a hearty plate of pasta—his ultimate comfort food.
Digger Driver
Dean is our expert digger driver, always ready to tackle any terrain with skill and precision—there’s nothing he enjoys more than a good day of digging! A big Marvel fan, he also has a soft spot for Bruno Mars. His biggest fashion regret? Shell suits (we’ve all been there!). If he could have any superpower, he’d simply want to be big—but what he lacks in height, he more than makes up for in talent and personality!
Labourer
Elliott is our reliable labourer, bringing a solid skill set in general landscaping to every project. Outside of work, he’s all about spending quality time with his family. He enjoys a wide range of music and loves a good comedy film to unwind. Elliott is proud to have one kid with another on the way, and when it’s time to eat, nothing beats a classic Chinese takeaway.
Surface Prep Expert
James is our go-to surface prep expert, ensuring every project starts with a solid foundation. His attention to detail is second to none, making him a key part of the team. Outside of work, James enjoys listening to country music and indulging in a delicious beef brisket. His favorite spot for a meal is Hickories, where he can savor great food and good company.
Team Member
Jack may be the newest member of the team, but he’s already making his mark as an expert in laying turf and digging. Known for his precision and eye for detail, he’s also the most organised of the bunch—everything has its place! When he’s not hard at work, you’ll likely find him enjoying a meal at his favorite restaurant, Damon’s.
