- Carry out all aspects of landscaping work as instructed
- Extensive hard landscaping and groundworks knowledge is essential
- Provide high quality service in the time allowed with a good end product
- Carry out works in accordance with the company handbook and procedures
- Friendly and personable attitude to clients when working on their property
- Smart appearance, wear correct PPE and company provided workwear
- Polite and good customer service skills
- Reliable, self motivated and hard working
- 1.5t digger experience is essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Some experience in Driveways, Porcelain, Fencing, Decking, Brickwork, Turfing Patios and groundworks are essential
- 3 Years running a landscaping team or 5 years landscaping experience to a high standard

What will you be doing
- Preparing sub base for all aspects paving work.
- Helping our team leaders lay all aspects of paving.
- Turfing, timber-work, fencing, Artificial grass, Block paving, Porcelain, natural stone, and more.
- Keeping our sites clean and tidy.
- Mixing mortar/concrete.
- Using power tools.
- Using some machinery such as our digger and dumper.
- Working under instruction to a timescale.
- Helping build Bespoke gardens and driveways in and around lincoln.
