Eden Sandstone Porcelain Paving Skellingthorpe

Project Overview
This customer, from Skellingthorpe, near Lincoln, originally had a basic square sandstone patio. It was uneven and 15 years old. All of the mortar had blown between the joints. In short, this patio had seen better days!
The customer asked us to remove his old patio and replace it with new Indian sandstone paving.
Addam went for a site visit and met with the client. He explained the options for porcelain, and the client decided on the more premium product.
We initially priced for two areas outside bifold doors, and a second area by the outdoor kitchenette, but the customer decided to link up both bits together as one project.
The suggested design was originally very plain and simple, so Addam talked to the client and added design elements and detail including placing curves into the corners. This changed the job completely. It made it into a stunning area, both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
This project also included new fencing at the front and side of the property, completed by our fulltime fencing team.
At the last hour, the client also decided that he wanted a new lawn! So on the last three days on the job, we removed the old moss covered lawn, then rotavated and levelled the area. We replaced the old lawn with arena turf, laid in a stripe pattern.
